Refund policy

All sales are final. No returns. We are also unable to make adjustments to your order once the order is placed. We only accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. 

 

To start an exchange, you must first email us at veenourish@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
In case you received a damaged item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Other 

If your package says delivered but it hasn't actually arrived, please wait 1-3 more business days. USPS sometimes makes mistakes, and they mark packages as delivered too early. When this happens the package usually arrives 1-3 days later. 

If your package has not arrived 1-3 days after it was marked delivered, please contact us no later than 30 days after it was marked delivered.
