Shipping policy
VEENOURISH offers free shipping to all US orders over $80.00.
For orders outside of the US shipping at checkout is NOT calculated by us, but by USPS live calculations depending on where you live & the weight of the products you are ordering.
ALL ORDERS placed outside of the United States WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES & TAXES in your country. Duties & taxes vary depending on where you live, we advise you to look into your countries postal requirements before ordering.
Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location.
During checkout please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
Notes
1.Standard shipping estimated arrival is 5-9 business days.
2.Shipping Time does not include a 3-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3.We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4.Business days do not include holidays and weekends.
5.We do not ship any products on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

RETURN POLICY
If you received a defective product, you must email us at veenourish@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your name, order number and proof of damage.
Upon review, we will respond with your return instructions, and we will replace your product once we receive the defective product. For more information you can visit our refund policy page, here.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to VEENOURISH due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. VEENOURISH is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
VEENOURISH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, VEENOURISH will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
